Our holiday villa can be booked under the following conditions:

Terms & Conditions​

​

Minimum Stay: 7 nights (over Christmas & New Year: 21 nights)

​

We provide free of charge for each person Bedding, one hand towel, one bath-towel and one beach towel. 

​

Final cleaning: Apartment EUR 75,- // Penthouse EUR 150,- // Villa EUR 270,-

​

Booking: In order to book an apartment and have a booking reservation, the full rental amount must be paid on our business bank account.

​

Check in       After 4 pm (Before only after mutual arrangement)

Check out     Before 10 am
 

Refundable Security Deposit: 

At Check-in, a refundable security deposit in cash is required to cover eventual damages during the stay. (Penthouse: EUR 300,- / Apartment 1: EUR 150,- / Apartment 2: EUR 150,-) The security deposit will be refunded in cash at check-out after the apartment was handed over without damages, or objects missing, with all keys, TV controls etc.

Smoking: ​

We kindly ask not to smoke inside the apartments, otherwise you certainly can smoke at the terraces and garden area.
